Section 224

When the parties to the case establish the time for the passing of the date, they shall not establish the time of expiration of the period, but only the time of the passing of the date shall be established.
(2) When the party to the case calculates the days for the expiration of the deadline or date, the days shall be counted from the day after the expiration of the deadline or the date until the day when the deadline or date has passed.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this section, the time limit or date of the previous suspension shall not be fixed for the case being referred to the subordinate court for re-judgment in any case or for taking action on a pending case.
